Return Policy
This policy explains how to return physical hardware bought from the QIDIAN Store. Money amounts are in USD. Rights the law does not let us limit (for example goods that do not match the description) are not reduced by this policy.
1. 15-day window
Within 15 days after delivery (the date you signed or the carrier first attempted delivery), unused items in original packaging — including accessories, manuals, and original materials — may be returned. Keep the packaging until you decide to keep the item.
2. How to start a return
Do not ship anything back until we give instructions. Email ruyuanh1120@aol.com with your order number, SKU or product name, quantity, and reason. Use the email on the order. We will reply with the New York warehouse return address and packing instructions.
3. Return shipping
Outbound ground shipping in the United States is free. You pay to ship the return to our New York warehouse, unless we sent the wrong item, it arrived damaged, or it is defective. Use a trackable method and insure the package if you want that coverage. Loss of a return without tracking is on the sender.
We do not publish a street address for walk-in returns. The return address is given only in our email instructions. Pack as instructed so the item is not damaged in transit.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect a qualifying return, we refund the original payment method through Whop for the USD amount you paid for that item (including applicable tax collected, subject to the processor’s rules). Free outbound shipping is not refunded as a separate line. Timing after we submit the refund depends on your bank or card network, usually several business days.
We do not guarantee exchanges. To get a different item, return this one and place a new order, subject to stock.
5. Damaged on arrival or defective
If the parcel arrives damaged, parts are missing, or the device does not work as a buyer would reasonably expect from the product page, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer box, contents, labels, and the problem. Once confirmed, we cover return shipping or we arrange a replacement or refund.
6. What we cannot accept
- Used, installed, or activated so it cannot be resold as new, or missing original packaging or accessories.
- Past the 15-day window (except damaged/defective claims under section 5).
- Damage you caused, liquid damage, unauthorized modification, or a defaced serial number.
- Packages sent without our email instructions, which may be refused or delayed.
7. Payment disputes
Email us at the address above before opening a payment dispute; a return or refund is usually faster. A chargeback filed in bad faith may affect future purchases from this store.
8. Law
This policy is governed by New York law and forms part of the Terms of Service. If the Chinese text conflicts with the English, the English controls.
